Profit vs. Cash (preview)

There is a difference between Profit and Cash.  Everyone knows (or should know) this, but sometimes we don’t remember why or we get the two terms confused.  An example might sound like this: “My accountant says I made money, but I can’t pay the bills.  What am I doing wrong?”

Here is the answer: Cash pays bills, not profit…
